All prices are listed in USD at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which are your responsibility where required by law. By completing a purchase, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that your information is accurate.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are subject to the refund and cancellation policy outlined at the time of purchase on the relevant product or program page. In general:

• Digital products and online courses: Once access is granted, sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
• Event tickets and in-person trainings: Refund eligibility is outlined on the relevant page. A non-refundable deposit may apply.
• Payment plans: You remain responsible for all instalments regardless of whether you complete the program or attend the event.

SPIRITUS Breathwork LLC and Tim Morrison reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any event or training at any time. Where a cancellation is initiated by us, a refund of the applicable fees will be issued where possible. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any travel, accommodation, visa, or other personal costs incurred in connection with attending any event or training.
